Week 9 · Electrolytes & Hydration
How hydrated are you really?
Most women drink water without knowing if it's actually doing the job. Summer sweat changes everything — and two numbers on a label can tell you exactly what your body needs. Find out in 60 seconds.
- Sodium is the headline number — it's the main mineral you lose through sweat, and most women never replace it
- Drinking plain water when you're mineral-depleted can actually dilute what's left — electrolytes are what makes it absorb
- Potassium is the quiet second number — most women don't get enough from food alone, let alone their drinks
- The best hydration strategy isn't discipline — it's making water something you actually want to reach for

*FEATURED RECIPE
🥤 This Week — Beet & Berry Replenisher
2 servings Ultima Lemonade powder · 1L cold filtered water · ⅓ cucumber, sliced into thin ribbons · Small handful fresh mint
Dissolve the Ultima powder in your water first — it mixes easily, no shaking needed. Add cucumber ribbons and fresh mint, then chill for 15 minutes before drinking. The infusing softens the stevia edge and makes it taste like something you'd pay for. Make a litre in the morning and sip through the day.
All-day sipping, desk days, or any time you want electrolytes without the heavier sodium hit. Gentler than sports drinks and far more pleasant than plain water.
