What Does Our Warranty Cover?

We stand behind the quality of BriteLune products. Your tumbler comes with a warranty covering manufacturing defects, including:

  • Leakage: Ensuring a completely spill-proof experience.
  • Insulation Flaws: Problems with maintaining beverage temperature.
  • Rattling Noise: Unexpected sounds caused by internal issues.

For accessories like lids or straws, our warranty applies to manufacturing defects as well.

Damages During Shipping

If your tumbler was purchased directly from our website and arrives damaged during shipping, please email us at support@britelune.com, and we’ll help you explore your options.
If you purchased your tumbler through Amazon or another seller, please contact them directly for a refund or replacement due to transit damage.

Gifts

If you received your BriteLune tumbler as a gift, we’re here to help!

Note: While a replacement isn’t guaranteed for gifts, we’ll do everything possible to find the best solution for you.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Please note that our warranty covers only manufacturing defects. The following are not included:

  • Damage caused by improper use or cleaning.
  • Modifications or customizations.
  • Accidental damage (e.g., dropping the tumbler).
  • Normal wear and tear, such as, scratches, or lid issues after a year of regular use.

We may request photos or videos to verify the issue and expedite your claim.
